Caper and Lime Sauce

  • 500 grams of butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp seeded mustard
  • 1 tsbp lime juice


Blend together egg yolks, mustard and lime juice.

Slowly add melted butter.

Lastly, add chopped capers (to taste).
