Big Baked Sugared Courgettes
- 1 - 2 large courgettes
- 15 g butter
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 200°C - 220°C.
Wash and trim courgettes and cut in half lengthwise. Melt the butter. Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Place courgettes skin side down in oven dish and brush tops generously with the butter - don't worry if some slops into the dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, add salt and pepper to taste and bake uncovered until the courgettes are tender and browning a little.
