Ingredients

  • 3kg raspberries
  • 1kg rhubarb

Method

  • Bring to the boil and boil for 5 mins
  • Add warmed sugar (stops the temp from dropping too much)
  • Bring back to a boil and boil for 12 minutes til at setting point then bottle
