- 2 medium beetroots, boiled and grated
- 1/4 cup of walnuts, crashed or cut into small pieces
- 1 clove of garlic, finely cut
- a little sunflower oil (any oil will do) and a pinch of salt for dressing
Instead of nuts, you can add some sunflower or pumpkin seeds, or 6-7 prunes, finely chopped. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
This salad is also good to accompany a plate of hot 'kasha'
