Islamic State is being blamed for the shooting of a man outside an Islamic centre in Sydney today. The police won't say if religious tensions are behind the attack just after midnight on the Shiite Muslim centre in the west of the city. But Shiite leader Jamal Daoud, whose friend underwent surgery today for shotgun pellet injuries, is convinced ISIS is to blame.
