The police have decided not to lay charges over a teenage sex ring in Auckland, having failed to get enough evidence despite investigating for more than a year. A group of 17- and 18-year-old teenagers boasted online about having sex with drunken girls. The police at a news conference this afternoon left the way open for future action, saying there is no time limit for reporting sexual offending.
