Media reports say the England manager Fabio Capello will not be sacked for having the courage to publicly reprimand the Football Association for stripping John Terry of the national captaincy.
Capello stated that he disagreed with the standing-down of Terry as skipper, which came as a result of the defender's charge for racially abusing Queens Park Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand.
Terry strongly denies the charge, and his trial date has been set for after Euro 2012.
Espn soccernet says they've been told Capello will not face punishment for his comments as they were no different to the views the coach had already expressed to the FA.
Capello has made it clear to the FA that he believes everybody is innocent until proven guilty.
