Concerns for 2 Black Caps

6:24 am on 16 December 2008

Question marks remain over two New Zealand cricketers heading to Napier for the second test against the West Indies starting on Friday.

Batsman Ross Taylor is in doubt after dislocating his right ring finger while fielding in the rain hit first test in Dunedin, while all-rounder Jacob Oram, who missed the test with a calf injury, is the other concern.

Both players will be assessed later this week, but at this stage no-one else has been brought in as cover, although Kyle Mills will stay with the squad.

Oram may be used in Napier as a batsman only.
