Seeka Kiwifruit Industries reports a 47% rise in profit to $8.4 million for the September half year.
The grower says it revised its operations after a difficult year and is pleased with the improvement.
Seeka's orchard delivered high yields and low reject rates, while benefiting from increased fruit earnings from Zespri due to the lower value of the New Zealand dollar against key trading currencies.
