Auckland and Canterbury have won in round seven of rugby's provincial championship.
At a rain-swept Eden Park, Auckland won 21-15 after leading Wellington 15-6 at half-time.
The home side's first-five Matt Berquist scored 16 points, including a try, while all Wellington's points came from penalties.
Earlier on Saturday, Canterbury held on for a 27-23 win against Northland in their NPC match in Whangarei.
Canterbury lead 21-6 after running in three tries during the first 30 minutes.
Northland scored a try and a penalty before half-time, but, despite Cameron Eyre bull-dozing over for Northland's first try, they couldn't build on that to gain a famous win.
And in Saturday's first game, Hawke's Bay drew 27-all with Waikato in Napier, after kicking a dramatic last-minute penalty goal.
Waikato had lead 12-6 at half-time.
