An Air New Zealand flight from Buenos Aires to Auckland had to turn around, delaying passengers for five hours.
An Air New Zealand spokesperson said flight NZ31 had to turn back due to a passenger medical issue.
The plane has since refuelled and is en route to Auckland again.
Passengers were supposed to arrive just after 5am tomorrow, but will now get in at 10am.
