A woman has pleaded not guilty to the murder of mother-of-one Alicia Nathan in Christchurch.
Police said Katrina Epiha, 19, stabbed Ms Nathan to death at a party in Avonhead in August.
In the High Court in Christchurch today Ms Epiha denied the murder and opted for a jury trial at a date yet to be decided.
She was remanded in custody.
