An Auckland kitchen appliance supplier at the centre of a dispute with customers over its failure to deliver goods they have ordered has been placed into liquidation.
Customers of Yuzhen Technology and Furniture Ltd, formerly known as Stone Appliance Ltd, claimed the kitchen appliance supplier had amounts outstanding worth more than $270,000.
The company's landlord, Takanini Village Ltd, filed an application for Yuzhen Technology and Furniture to be liquidated at the Auckland High Court in June.
The liquidation hearing was held on 19 September, with Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp of Blacklock Rose appointed as liquidators.
The liquidators encouraged all creditors to submit claims or share any evidence-based information.

Tim Cai, a former customer of Yuzhen Technology and Furniture, claimed the company owed him about $21,000.
"I felt angry and disappointed. There are so many people affected," Cai said.
"I hope justice can be upheld. I will keep pursuing the case."
Businessman Sean Pan claimed the owner of Stone Appliances Ltd owed him $40,000 as personal loan.
Pan said he still hoped to recover what he was owed.
"What makes me feel even sadder is thinking of those merchants and individuals who dealt with the company," Pan said.
"Many unsecured creditors may end up with nothing."
