Mainfreight says its purchase of the European transport and logistics firm Wim Bosman, was completed on Friday.
The $205 million purchase will be funded using bank debt. It was unanimously approved by shareholders last month.
Mainfreight's shares were unchanged at $8.95 on Monday.
