KPMG has been appointed as the liquidator of Gould Bros in Lower Hutt.
Andrew Hawkes and Shaun Adams of KPMG Restructuring and Insolvency will take control of the small goods firm, which closed its doors last week, at the cost of nearly 60 jobs.
They say the company will stay closed because it has no money and they will try and sell Goulds.
