Episode 113 features new music from two ex Gotan Project members who have just released a new self titled album called Plaza Francia Orchestra. Also new is an album by an ensemble called Nes who are taking their classical backgrounds and mixing in Arabic traditional influences. This weeks program also features an exclusive interview with singer, song-writer, Tui Mamaki, who was one of the founding members of the Auckland based band The Mamaku Project before she relocated to Bulgaria to study for 3 years and where she wrote and recorded her new solo album called ‘Fly’.
