As we know there are are three new community cases of Covid-19 in South Auckland. Genomic sequencing has revealed the cases are the UK variant with no clear link to MIQ, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said this morning. She said it was unlikely to have been a breach from managed isolation and quarantine facilities. The mother works at LSG Skychefs, the daughter is a student at Papatoetoe High School and the father is a self-employed tradie.
