A survey by road safety charity Brake has found a third of New Zealanders feel at risk from vehicles driving fast in their streets, with 25 percent feeling it was unsafe to cycle. The Panel speaks to Brake director Caroline Perry. Research from the Silver Fern Motorsport Charitable Trust, a not-for-profit organisation which provides free learner's driver's licence training, has found 40 percent of the youth in its programme drive without a licence.
