Winner of producer of the decade

Today we're talking about butchers as the winners of the Great New Zealand Sausage Competition have been crowned. This year the 'Producer of the Decade' award was included for the first time, and the honour went to Chris Timbs, owner of Peter Timbs Meats in Christchurch, who joins The Panel.
