A coffee machine that retails for 99 dollars outperforms a $4500 espresso maker in a round of testing conducted Consumer NZ.
The Kmart model scored higher than several more expensive models from big brands including DeLonghi, Miele and Breville.
Consumer NZ tested 38 espresso machines, assessing them on taste, ease of use, milk frothing and temperature consistency.
