Wellington cycleways stuck in red tape

Cyclists in the capital city are looking to Auckland and its bright pink Lightpath with envy, as they try to make traction in their own city.

Red tape, lobbying, and a flawed process are some of the reasons floated as to why its hard to make progress on cycleways in Wellington.

We speak to the Cycling Action Network's Patrick Morgan.
