New research also shows the health system is not coping with chronic illnesses. We speak to Dr Bryan Betty the medical director of the Royal New Zealand College of GPs. Calls are growing for New Zealand to include Cook Islands in a 'bubble'. The Panel is joined by journalist, Michael Field, who has covered Pacific Island issues for 30 years.
