Uncertain future for club rugby in NZ

From The Panel, 4:45 pm on 11 June 2020

Professional rugby might be returning this weekend, but club rugby is precariously close to finding itself in a bit of an existential crisis, as the playing pool continues to dry up.

A source at Auckland rugby told The NZ Herald's Dylan Cleaver that while Covid-19 may have accentuated things, players numbers were on the decline regardless.

The Panel is joined by sports journalist, Jamie Wall.
