Amazon Bans, Then Reinstates, Hitler's 'Mein Kampf'

Amazon quietly banned Adolf Hitler's manifesto "Mein Kampf" late last week, part of its efforts to remove Nazi and other hate-filled material from its bookstore, before quickly reversing itself.
