Story of the Day for 19 February 2020

The draft of a new trade deal between the EU and UK post Brexit has some interesting clauses in it. One calls for the 'return or restitution of unlawfully removed cultural objects to their country of origin", apparently at the request of the Greek government. This marks a further step in the century long argument over who owns the Elgin Marbles. Robert Kelly picks up the story.
