The World Health Organisation has declared the coronavirus outbreak in China a public health emergency of international concern. WHO director-general announced the decision amid mounting evidence of the virus spread to some 18 countries. British citizens will no longer be EU citizens as of 11pm on 31st January, ending 47 years in the European Union.
