Topics - New Zealanders evacuated from Wuhan amid the coronavirus outbreak will be quarantined in Aotearoa, not on Christmas Island like the Australians. There are 53 New Zealanders registered as being in Wuhan and Winston Peters said extracting them was a complex issue. The government has agreed with Air New Zealand to charter an aircraft to assist New Zealanders leaving Wuhan. Amnesty International has released its report entitled Human Rights in Asia-Pacific: A Review of 2019, highlighting the most prominent human rights-related issues to emerge over the year. Annalise Johnston from Amnesty International talks to The Panel about the key points. Passengers with their feet up on the dash is a common sight but it can cause very severe injuries in the case of a case, as a x-ray being shared on social media has shown.
