Water infrastructure overlooked across country

From The Panel, 4:47 pm on 30 January 2020

The Hutt City Council has released a report that says it will need to renew 60 percent of its water infrastructure over the next 30 years, at a cost of an extra $270 millions dollars. Dave Cull, president of Local Government New Zealand, discusses the issue with The Panel.
