Supermarket giant to trial 'unwrapped' fruit and vege

Supermarket giant Countdown has announced that it is trialling going 'plastic-free' in three of its stores from next month, selling "unwrapped" fruit and vegetables.

It is the latest initiative to make the store more environmentally friendly, however some critics say the food retail giant should just take the plunge and remove the plastic packaging.
