Wellington City Council's use of a water diviner has been mocked by the The New Zealand Skeptics Conference who awarded the council a "bent spoon" accolade.
Stuff reports the skeptics said the council won the prize for quote "showing the most egregious gullibility in the past year" after a contractor used water divining to find underground pipes.
