Labour and National laid out their arguments to speaker Trevor Mallard and a committee of MP yesterday in a bid to end a heated dispute over the use of Parliament TV's footage in their advertising.
The review was prompted when Labour complained that National had edited official footage of Labour Backbencher MP Deborah Russell.
