Auckland landlords are charging the Government large amounts of money to house homeless people. Some are charging up to $300 a night to house homeless people who have nowhere else to go. We speak to Ricardo Menendez from Auckland Action Against Poverty about the issue. The SuperGold Card is entering the digital era with the launch of an app and upgrade websites. The upgrade sees a $7.7 million investment into the card and app and online part of it and also sees 500 new businesses signing up. We talk to Stephanie Clare from Age Concern about the upgrade.
