Unemployment down, wages up

Wages are up and unemployment is down, but how long will it last?

Figures show that the unemployment rate fell to a seasonally adjusted 3.9 per cent in the June quarter, the lowest unemployment rate since mid 2008.

And wages have also increased. Why is business confidence still down then? We ask economist Shamubeel Eaqub.
