No tax for young workers

How about this for an idea to stop brain drain and make young peoples' start in life a bit easier? Scrapping tax for those aged under 27. In Poland, from August, those under the age of 26 who earn less than $NZ33-thousand a year will not have to pay income tax. Tax barrister Mark Keating thinks it's a great idea.
