CRL causes Central Auckland business to suffer

Several busineses are under pressure because of the disruption being caused by the City Rail Link project and the roadworks attached to it. All the disruption has driven business away. Why didn't the Auckland Council or the government. Lawyer Jonathan Forsey doesn't hold out much hope for the effected businesses.
