A couple of months ago British comedian Jo Brand made a one-liner about the trend of throwing milkshakes over rightwing politicians. Brand said why bother with a milkshake when you could get some battery acid? However, one of the milkshake targets Nigel Farage took offence and said Brand's joke was "an incitement to violence".
