Managers need to learn how to manage millennials
Company director Bruce Cotterill has written a piece on how managers need to learn how to lead this generation in the workplace. He says millennials are natural communicators, when most of their bosses are not. They are caring and have an innate sense of fairness. They care about gender equality, diversity, tolerance, employee safety and wellbeing, and executive behaviour. They have been brought up in an environment where they have been encouraged to ask questions.
