The government is considering a new digital services tax on multinational companies who make money out of online services in New Zealand. Tax expert Robin Oliver joins us to discuss how this might work, and whether it's a good idea. The NZTA says the speed limits are too high on nearly 90 percent of New Zealand roads. Caroline Perry from the BRAKE road safety charity joins us with her thoughts on the idea.
