Finland takes up small talk

We've all heard the saying: talk is cheap. Well in Finland, talk is non-existant it seems. At least small talk that is. Finns apparently don't understand the concept of idle chit-chat. But because of globalism, some Finns have decided to see what the fuss is about and take up the small talk game, by hiring private tutors or taking lessons. We ask the panellists if small talk is necessary.
