Yesterday came a sweeping new review on the workplace culture in Parliament - it paints a grim picture. This morning Speaker of the House Trevor Mallard - who ordered the report - said he believed rape had been committed. National deputy leader Paula Bennett has called for immediate police action, while Winston Peters the facts need to come out now. Political commentator Bryce Edwrads explains the reaction. Greens MP Golriz Ghahraman has been allocated a security escort, because of increased threats the police have deemed serious. Ms Ghahraman told reporters the decision was made after an investigation into White Supremacy where threats against her were revealed. It also comes after ACT MP David Seymour said in an interview that the Greens MP was quote "a menace to freedom". The Press columnist Donna Miles-Mojab tells us why she believes David Seymour should apologise. National List MP Alfred Ngaro has confirmed that he is contemplating on staring his own party ahead of the election next year. National may be supportive as they'll need a Coalition partner if they want to have any hope of getting in to office. We ask the panelists if the Christian conservative view isn't being served by the current parties.
