Go-Fund-Me campaign to build a border wall

The man who started up a Go-Fund-Me campaign to raise money to build a border wall between the US and Mexico is being questioned by his donors who are wondering if it's ever going to happen, and what has happened to their money. Brian Kolfage started the fund last December to build the wall because he was sick of political games by Republicans and Democrats. There's $20 million in the kitty. International Law expert Al Gillespie tells us just how a private citizen can build a wall between sovereign nations.
