A study has found that millenials and Generation Z believe that representation of all races and religions in the workplace is more important that hiring people based on merit. That's in contrast to older people who say merit is more important than diversity. Expensive trainers look good and they can have the "right" brands on them but they are stuffing up your feet. Podiatrists are seeing an increase in so-called "expensive sneaker disease", the phenomenon of people suffering foot injuries and problems from wearing inappropriate footwear for the activities they wish to perform. Matt Carroll of AUT's Department of Podiatry warns about not wearing the right shoes for the right activity. New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is named in Time Magazine's Top 100 Most Influential People in the world.
