Criticism in going public about Louisa Akavi's kidnapping

The International Red Cross has been slammed for it's decision to go public with the kidnapping of New Zealand nurse Louisa Akavi in Syria.

Foreign Minister Winston Peters says they've risked putting Louisa's life in further danger by appealing to the public for information.

We ask Professor Kevin Clements, the Founding Director of the New Zealand National Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Otago, if he agrees.
