Free public transport for all

Youth Lobby Group Generation Zero is proposing free weekend family travel, fare caps and bigger student discounts for public transport. They believe it's a way to get more people onboard trains and buses. They say that fare polices and a lack of incentive fares were holding public transport back, particularly within poorer communities. Leroy Beckett of Generation Zero explains how this could be made to work.
