Censoring the manifesto

The accused mosque gunman's manifesto has been deemed objectionable under New Zelaand law. Chief Censor David Shanks urged anyone who had a copy of what he calls "a crude booklet that promotes murder and terrorism" to destroy it. But free speech advocates have called the move an improper use of the censor's powers.
