A man who stood outside a Manchester mosque after the shooting of 50 people at mosques in New Zealand said he wanted to "respond with friendship". Andrew Graystone was pictured with a placard saying: "You are my friends. I will keep watch while you pray." He tells us what promped his simple act of solidarity. The role that the tech giants played in the proliferation of the chilling self-streamed footage of the alleged gunman Brenton Tarrant's attack has been a talking point. The mass killing was live streamed on Facebook, announced on 8chan commented about on Reddit. Is it time tech companies were really called to task? Andrew Cushen of InternetNZ says it's hard to know what to do next. Police have told reporters in Christchurch that they aim to have all mosques in the city open by this Friday. They've been closed since the attacks on two mosques. In Hamilton, that city's Mosque held a community open day yesterday afternoon. The Waikato Muslim Association's Dr Asad Mohsin explains why the've opedn their arms to the community.
