A couple in New Plymouth had an abusive note slapped on their car which was parked in a mobility car park. Catherine Campbell is in renal failure, and undergoes dialysis on a regular basis.She doesn't use a wheelchair or have a walking stick, but she still has the right to a mobility parking permit. Mrs Campbell wants the policing of mobility parks to be left to security.
