Sustainable NZ party spectre hangs over Blue-green conference

National held its 21st annual Blue Greens forum over the weekend, but the prospect of a new, centrist, environmentally-focussed party hung over the event. Would such a party held diversify our parliament, or leave the main players with an excuse to not be as strong as they should be when it comes to environmental policies?
