It's suggested a CGT rate of 33 per cent .In the UK it's 28 per cent, in France 36.2 per cent and in Denmark 42 per cent. While the nation's been digesting what a CHT means the National Party leader Simon Bridges is proclaiming this as the end of the kiwi way of life. Just what is that?
