The Salvation Army's State of Nation Report is out called Are you well, are we safe? It measures the overall wellbeing of New Zealanders, and they are skeptical of the Government's focus on wellbeing agenda.
They say addressing the issues is a massive challenge and there is no indication of how the Government is going to do it.
